Job Summary

As the Head of Maintenance and Electrical Engineering at MANNDECKUNG GmbH in Stuttgart, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the maintenance team, overseeing both mechanical and electrical operations. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring maximum plant availability, optimizing maintenance and repair processes, and managing automation projects. You will act as the responsible person for electrical safety (VEFK), ensuring strict adherence to VDE and ISO standards. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage spare parts and maintenance IT systems (EAM/ERP), and monitor key performance indicators such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
