Job Summary

As an AI Engineer focusing on AI Agents, you will lead the design and implementation of an AI agent landscape to revolutionize IT Help Desk processes. Your day-to-day work involves analyzing existing workflows to identify automation opportunities, preparing and curating data for AI model training, and selecting/developing high-performance AI solutions. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of these models—from initial training and fine-tuning to seamless integration into existing IT infrastructure and performance optimization. You will work in an interdisciplinary environment, acting as a bridge between technical development and end-user support, while also managing external partners.
