Job Summary

As a Laboratory Technician in the IPC (In-Process Control) Lab, you will play a critical role in supporting biopharmaceutical production. Your daily responsibilities include performing time-sensitive analyses under GMP conditions, such as endotoxin analysis (GelClot), UV scans, and TOC analysis. You will also participate in method validation, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and the optimization of new analytical technologies. Additionally, you will be responsible for training new team members. This position is ideal for an experienced professional looking to work in a research-driven pharmaceutical environment. The role requires flexibility, as it involves occasional shift work, including nights and weekends, as well as on-call duties. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Biology Laboratory Technician or Chemistry Laboratory Technician; additional qualifications such as a Master/Technician certification are considered an asset.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in a biopharmaceutical laboratory environment
  • Experience in endotoxin analysis, UV-scan, or TOC analysis is highly preferred
  • Experience in training and onboarding new personnel

Additional

  • Must be willing to perform occasional shift work (nights/weekends) and participate in on-call duties. Full-time availability (37.5 hours/week). Valid work permit for Germany is required.
