Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in construction supervision and project management according to HOAI phases 1-9
  • Knowledge of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) regarding tendering, awarding, and billing processes
  • Proven ability to manage quality, timelines, and costs in complex construction environments
