As the Head of Facility Management in Neu-Isenburg, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for residents across our locations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing building systems, maintaining object security, and ensuring high standards of order and cleanliness. You will manage the facility team, coordinate repairs and renovations, and serve as the primary point of contact for residents, staff, and external contractors. Additionally, you will participate in on-call duty rotations.
