As an IT Specialist for System Integration, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure for a prominent educational provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing hardware and software installations, performing patch and cabling work, and monitoring IT systems to resolve technical issues promptly. You will also oversee digital workplace solutions, manage user access rights, and maintain internal IT documentation and knowledge bases. Beyond technical maintenance, you will act as a key point of contact for support requests, handle vendor negotiations, and conduct training sessions on IT and MS Office topics. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration) or a completed degree in an IT-related field. AEVO (Trainer Aptitude) certification is required or must be obtained during the probationary period.
