Job Summary

As the Head of IT & Digital Transformation, you will take full responsibility for the strategic and operational development of the company's IT infrastructure. You will lead critical transformation projects, including the migration to M365 and Odoo, cloud adoption, and the modernization of legacy systems to build a future-proof IT landscape. A major part of your day-to-day will involve managing external service providers and partners while ensuring secure and efficient IT operations. You will act as a bridge between the executive board and various departments to drive the digitalization of core business processes. This role is ideal for a pragmatic leader who enjoys both high-level strategy and hands-on operational involvement. You will be instrumental in shaping IT governance, security standards, and service quality within a dynamic publishing and information services environment, offering significant creative freedom and the opportunity to lead impactful organizational change.
