Job Summary
The Gemeindeverwaltungsverband Eriskirch-Kressbronn-Langenargen is seeking a dedicated IT Systems Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a robust and future-oriented IT infrastructure serving three municipalities. Your day-to-day work involves managing approximately 40 servers, 500 end-user devices, and 40 locations, covering everything from hardware and mobile devices to telephony and specialized administrative applications. You will provide essential support to ensure seamless operations while having the unique opportunity to contribute your own ideas, plan modern technical solutions, and lead their implementation. This position is ideal for a pragmatic problem-solver who enjoys technical challenges and values clear communication with end-users. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT systems administration or infrastructure support
- Experience with IT service management and supporting end-users in a professional environment
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
