Job Summary
As a Product Data Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the end-to-end syndication process for product data, specifically focusing on GS1 GDSN and various data pools. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the collection, maintenance, and enrichment of product data, ensuring compliance with GS1 standards, and managing the publication process across platforms like HCDP and GHX. You will act as the primary point of contact for syndication-related topics, troubleshooting issues and optimizing processes while collaborating closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Regulatory, and Master Data Management. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid commercial background who excels at cross-functional communication and data accuracy. The position offers a hybrid/remote working model based near Düsseldorf, providing a professional environment with a focus on team spirit and fair compensation within the chemical industry sector.
Required Skills
Education
Commercial background (vocational training, university degree, or equivalent experience).
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in data management, product data, or syndication.
- Practical experience with GDSN is mandatory.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing various internal and external stakeholders.
