As an Infrastructure System Engineer, you will play a critical role in the planning, operation, and ongoing development of the IT infrastructure for a global leader in industrial automation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing server, storage, and network environments while ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and robust IT security. You will lead and execute infrastructure projects, collaborate on global initiatives, and provide comprehensive support across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd levels to resolve technical issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate technical documentation. - Proven ability to provide multi-level technical support
