Job Summary

As a Technology Transfer Manager at c-LEcta (a Kerry Group company), you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between R&D and industrial-scale production. You will lead cross-functional technology transfer projects, ensuring the successful scaling of biotechnological processes from pilot to industrial manufacturing. Your day-to-day work involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs to manage internal and external production transfers. You will be responsible for creating critical process documentation, such as gap analyses, risk assessments, and scale-up calculations, while maintaining strict adherence to project timelines and budgets. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in bio-process engineering or biotechnology who thrives in a collaborative, international environment. You will work from the modern Kerry Biotechnology Centre in Leipzig, contributing to the development of innovative enzymes and microbial production strains for the global food and pharmaceutical industries.
