As an IT Process Manager for Logistics Systems (WMS Key User), you will serve as the primary point of contact for IT users at our Estorf location. Your daily responsibilities include supporting operational and administrative teams with Warehouse Management System (WMS) issues, managing IT requests via our ticketing system, and ensuring stable application performance. You will act as a vital bridge between on-site users and our central IT department, while contributing to system optimizations and maintaining essential documentation and SOPs.
