As a Site Manager for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) in the field of Electrical Engineering at BREMER Nord GmbH, you will be the primary technical specialist on-site for complex industrial and commercial construction projects. Your daily responsibilities include reviewing project plans, monitoring the execution, quality, costs, and timelines of subcontractors, and coordinating with other trades involved in the construction process. You will also lead the preparation and execution of inspections and system commissioning. This role is ideal for a professional with a background as a site foreman, master technician, or engineer who enjoys hands-on site work. Required Skills
Education
Completed education as a Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician, or a Bachelor/Master/Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in the execution and billing of technical building services (MEP).
- Previous experience working as a site-leading technician, master craftsman, or engineer in electrical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage construction workflows and coordinate between various building trades.
- Proven capability in independent, structured work and strategic problem-solving within a construction environment.
