The General Directorate for Waterways and Shipping (GDWS) is seeking an IT Specialist with a focus on comprehensive requirements management to join their team. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and evolving IT requirements, particularly for specialized applications and infrastructure. Your daily tasks will involve creating and implementing detailed concepts to optimize the management of all IT applications within the WSV (Waterways and Shipping Administration), developing prioritization criteria for IT procedures, and establishing requirements management processes. You will also be responsible for consolidating functional and non-functional requirements, collaborating with stakeholders and contractors, and contributing to the development of IT framework concepts. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Diplom (FH)/Bachelor) in Computer Science

Experience

  • At least three years of demonstrable professional experience in IT
  • Experience and competence in Change Management
  • Professional experience in understanding technical requirements and communicating with technical and business teams
  • Professional experience in analyzing complex problems and interpreting data
  • Professional experience in generating new ideas and developing innovative solutions
