Job Summary

The Quality Management Specialist will play a pivotal role within the Youth and Social Services department of the District of Uelzen. In this position, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and maintaining the Quality Management (QM) system, establishing reporting structures, and leading QM circles to drive continuous improvement processes. You will perform gap analyses to ensure high-quality standards and conduct staff training on QM systems. Additionally, the role functions as a 'Poweruser' for IT applications, where you will define technical requirements, manage user roles and permissions, provide first-level support, and generate complex statistical reports. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in Public Management, Public Administration, Public Law, or Social Work; or successful completion of the Administrative Specialist (Angestelltenlehrgang II) examination.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a career-relevant role within public administration
  • Professional experience in various positions within municipal administration
  • Experience in quality management, quality assurance, and process management is desirable
