Job Summary
As the Head of Building and Wastewater Technology at EDEKA Südwest Fleisch GmbH, you will lead the department responsible for the technical infrastructure of one of Europe's most modern meat and sausage production facilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing the technical building equipment and wastewater systems, ensuring seamless operations, maintenance, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. You will lead and develop your team, manage external service providers, and coordinate with authorities. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) in Building Technology, Electrical Engineering, or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Sanitary systems), or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in maintenance and facility management
- Experience in a leadership position is highly preferred
- Proven experience in technical project management and regulatory compliance
