As a Senior Search Intelligence Manager at Mindbox GmbH, you will transform search from a simple ranking discipline into a comprehensive system for visibility, relevance, and demand generation. You will work within an interdisciplinary team in Dresden to develop high-level SEO and discoverability strategies, particularly for complex industries like healthcare. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing search intent, managing technical SEO (crawling, indexing, architecture), and overseeing E-E-A-T-focused content briefings. You will also lead the integration of AI-driven search, answer engines, and generative search experiences into client workflows. This role is unique because it moves beyond traditional traffic metrics to focus on business impact, requiring you to act as a bridge between content, development, analytics, and client stakeholders. - Experience with emerging search technologies such as GEO, AEO, Entity-SEO, and AI-supported research is a strong plus.
