Job Summary

As the Team Lead for Infrastructure and Service Desk, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems within a dynamic company focused on sustainable mobility. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve leading a team of five professionals across two locations, managing service desk structures, and overseeing IT operations, including network, server, and virtualization maintenance. You will be responsible for transforming service desk processes, implementing SLAs, and driving infrastructure modernization projects. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in IT operations, proven leadership experience in hybrid environments, and a generalist understanding of IT security. Required Skills

Education

Technical vocational training or university degree in an IT-related field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in an IT environment
  • Minimum 3 years of functional and disciplinary leadership experience
  • Extensive experience in a service desk environment
  • Proven experience in building and developing service desk structures and processes
  • Experience managing teams in a hybrid setup

German (Fluent)

  • Regular presence in Munich and occasional visits to the Kabelsketal site required. Must have the right to work in Germany.
