Job Summary

As the Team Lead for Storage & Backup, you will manage a dedicated team of 13 professionals responsible for the planning, operation, and ongoing development of high-availability storage and backup environments. Your day-to-day role involves disciplinary leadership, resource management, and process optimization, while also contributing your technical expertise to architectural design and operational tasks. You will oversee the lifecycle of storage systems, including installation, configuration, and release management, while ensuring the stability of SAN and HA environments. This position is unique as it offers a blend of people management and hands-on technical involvement, requiring you to support the team during escalations and play a key role in technical sales and project bidding. You will be instrumental in shaping the company's storage and backup portfolio while maintaining high standards of documentation and operational excellence.
