Job Summary
As a Service Manager for Online Services at hkk Krankenkasse, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experience for over 920,000 insured members. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve conceptualizing and optimizing online forms, specifically using Xima Formcycle, to ensure seamless data automation and user-friendly processes. You will act as the bridge between internal departments and external service providers, managing requirements and overseeing ticket workflows. Additionally, you will support the operations of the Electronic Patient Record (ePA) system and contribute to troubleshooting and process refinement. The ideal candidate possesses a mix of technical aptitude in web technologies and a strong focus on digital process design. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business, Computer Science, Health Sciences, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in digital environments or form management
- Experience in digital process design linking technical possibilities with user perspectives
- Professional experience in collaborating with internal departments and external service providers
- Experience in the German statutory health insurance (GKV) sector is considered an advantage
