As a Facility Management Coordinator at the Volkswagen Group OTLG, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational integrity of the South Bavaria distribution center. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing technical leadership to the building services team, overseeing the maintenance and repair of facilities, and ensuring strict compliance with legal and operational standards, including audits and VdS inspections. You will manage the documentation of inspection reports, track maintenance schedules, and provide technical support for procurement processes. Furthermore, you will contribute to cross-site projects and tenders.
