As an IT Support Specialist (Second Level) based in the Bremen area, you will serve as a critical point of contact for technical inquiries and service requests within the naval shipbuilding sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving technical issues via remote access, managing and prioritizing incidents through a ticketing system, and maintaining documentation of solutions and best practices.
