Job Summary

As a High-Voltage Electrician at BLC – The Battery Lifecycle Company, you will play a critical role in the sustainable recycling of lithium-ion batteries. Your daily responsibilities include the safe dismantling of high-voltage battery systems, testing and documenting voltages and insulation resistance, and performing troubleshooting and repairs on electrical systems to ensure operational readiness. You will also assist in the installation of new electrical systems and maintain rigorous safety standards. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as an industrial electrician or electronics technician and possesses a solid background in building electrical systems, data cabling, and control technology. While specialized high-voltage training is highly desirable, it is not a mandatory prerequisite. This role is perfect for a structured, team-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a 3-shift system and is eager to contribute to a forward-thinking, environmentally focused industry.
