Job Summary

As a Team Lead for Plant Safety at TÜV SÜD, you will oversee the technical and disciplinary management of experts within the plant safety department. Your day-to-day responsibilities include driving the sustainable development of inspection business, managing client relationships, and optimizing internal quality assurance and operational processes. You will play a key role in personnel development, knowledge transfer, and performance management, while also performing operational duties as a technical expert for ZÜS (Authorized Inspection Body), notified bodies, or AwSV (Ordinance on Facilities for Handling Substances Hazardous to Water). This role is ideal for an experienced engineer looking to combine technical expertise with leadership responsibilities in a globally recognized safety organization, contributing to the safety of society and the advancement of new technologies.
