Job Summary
This role within the Lower Saxony Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection involves managing EU-level policy matters, specifically focusing on competition and state aid law. You will be responsible for assessing the conformity of state aid, coordinating with the European Commission, and managing reporting and transparency obligations. Additionally, you will handle EU-related Bundesrat matters and collaborate with EU agencies and regional representatives. Required Skills
Education
Degree as 'Diplom-Verwaltungswirt/in (FH)', 'Diplom-Verwaltungsbetriebswirt/in (FH)', a comparable Bachelor's degree in public administration, or successful completion of the 'Verwaltungsprüfung II' (Administrative Examination II).
