As the Head of Controlling, you will play a pivotal role in the financial management and strategic development of the organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing business reports, such as economic plans, actual-versus-target comparisons, and annual financial statements, while overseeing liquidity planning. You will act as a key advisor to department heads and management, ensuring sound financial decision-making through rigorous analysis of deviations and the development of actionable recommendations. A significant part of your role involves advancing and digitizing cost accounting and bookkeeping processes. Experience

- Proven ability to advise management and cross-functional teams on financial matters.
