Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for managing IT systems related to access control and dosimetry within a client-server infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include performing error analysis, troubleshooting, and maintenance, as well as implementing IT security measures to defend against malware. You will play a key role in planning system modernizations, managing spare parts procurement, maintaining technical documentation, and overseeing budget planning. Working within a specialized team, you will ensure these vital systems remain operational during the nuclear decommissioning process. The position offers a stable environment and opportunities for continuous professional development. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, capable of working independently, and possesses strong logical thinking and communication skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

Education

State-certified technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker), preferably in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the application of computers and networks
  • Experience with plant-technical systems is preferred
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently and conscientiously in a technical environment

Languages

German (Basic)

  • Valid work permit for Germany is required. The role is based in Lingen, Germany. Willingness to undergo continuous professional training is expected.
