Job Summary

As a Working Student in IT Service, you will be an integral part of an onsite IT service team, directly supporting clients in Augsburg. Your daily tasks will involve setting up and installing IT hardware for conference rooms, ensuring smooth meetings, and delivering and installing new business IT hardware for users, including managing returns. You will also learn to use SAP for warehouse tasks and organize goods processes. A key part of your role will be handling customer inquiries via a digital ticketing system, analyzing issues, and independently resolving them after initial training.
