Job Summary

As a Commissioning and Control Technician, you will play a vital role in the lifecycle of industrial machinery. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the independent commissioning of systems, assembly of components and complete units, and the creation of circuit diagrams during the project planning phase. You will serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues and clients throughout the commissioning process and contribute to the development of technical documentation, such as service and operating manuals. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with the design department to drive continuous system improvements. This position is ideal for a hands-on technical professional who thrives in a collaborative, mid-sized company environment that values flat hierarchies and provides opportunities for professional development. The role requires a solid background in electrical or mechanical engineering and offers the chance to work on diverse, challenging projects within the mechanical and plant engineering sector.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, Electrician, Automation Technician, Service Technician, or Industrial Mechanic. Ideally supplemented by further certification as a Technician or Master Craftsman.

Experience

  • Professional experience in commissioning, maintenance, and assembly within mechanical and plant engineering
  • Experience in the packaging industry is considered an advantage
