As the Head of Technical Service Management at Sächsisches Krankenhaus Altscherbitz, you will lead the technical operations department, overseeing facility management, maintenance, and infrastructure development. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring the operational safety and efficiency of all hospital facilities, and overseeing investment and construction projects. You will also take charge of energy management, ensuring compliance with the Energy Efficiency Act, and managing procurement and contract processes with external service providers.
