Job Summary
As a 1st Level IT Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring assistance with IT POS (Point of Sale) systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support via telephone, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work within a 24/7 support framework, with core hours during the week and on Saturdays, and on-call availability for off-hours. The role offers excellent flexibility, including the opportunity to work from home after an initial onboarding period, and the potential for advancement into 2nd and 3rd level support tiers based on your performance and qualifications. We are looking for a team-oriented individual with strong technical aptitude, a professional phone manner, and the ability to work flexible shifts.
