Job Summary
This role involves driving the development of Gallium Nitride (GaN) power technologies, collaborating with various teams including application, product, TCAD simulation, and reliability. The Staff Engineer will define and optimize process requirements, perform hands-on electrical characterization, and provide crucial feedback for process and design improvements. A key aspect of the role is to define and implement yield improvement measures based on comprehensive data analysis. The position requires planning and evaluating experiments using design of experiment (DoE) techniques, executing advanced data analysis, and designing test structures for process control. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or other relevant studies
Experience
- 3+ years in semiconductor technologies, electrical characterization, or technology development
- Professional experience with power device characterization and data analysis
- Experience working in multicultural, high-tech environment project teams
