Job Summary

As a Bioprocess Operator II, you will be responsible for conducting GMP-compliant in-process control (IPC) analytics, including monitoring pH levels, osmolality, and cell viability. You will perform inoculum and cell culture activities within a Class C cleanroom environment and ensure meticulous documentation of production processes. A key aspect of the role involves taking technical responsibility for specific equipment, including coordinating maintenance, calibration, and qualification tasks. You will also contribute to operational efficiency by managing material orders via SAP Ariba and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in natural sciences or technical fields (e.g., Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Bioengineering, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Technology) or a Master/Technician certification with relevant additional qualifications.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Upstream Processing
  • Experience in industrial, GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical production preferred
  • Practical experience in sterile working techniques and process-related analytics
  • Experience with laboratory and production equipment, including calibration and qualification
