Job Summary

As a Quality and Risk Assurance Manager within the Innovation Hub at Deutsche Telekom AG, you will serve as a critical bridge between product development teams and program management. Your daily responsibilities involve driving cross-functional quality improvement projects, conducting project audits, identifying quality risks, and overseeing test management throughout the software development lifecycle. You will define and monitor quality assurance strategies, ensuring that products meet internal and customer-specific standards while fostering continuous improvement and knowledge transfer. The role requires a strong technical background in telecommunications and embedded systems, combined with experience in managing complex, global projects in agile environments. This position is unique as it places you at the heart of an innovation-driven organization, focusing on transforming concepts into scalable, high-quality, and secure solutions within a major European telecommunications provider.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in quality assurance, test management, and system integration of complex telecommunications or embedded systems.
  • Extensive experience in leading strategic, cross-functional projects and managing international teams in distributed development environments.
  • Strong background in both classical and agile collaboration models, particularly within global test and development projects.
  • Proven experience in holistic system analysis, covering everything from system architecture to final product integration.
