As a Commercial Bank Clerk, you will play a vital role in managing customer data and banking products in a professional financial services environment. Your daily responsibilities include the accurate entry and maintenance of customer records, handling the opening, modification, and closing of various banking products such as accounts, cards, and financial contracts, and ensuring data integrity through quality control measures like the four-eyes principle. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning up partner data sets and managing customer complaints. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong aptitude for detail and a willingness to learn. The position offers a stable, permanent full-time contract in Schkeuditz, with the unique opportunity for remote work after the initial training period has been successfully completed, providing a balance between structured office support and flexibility.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training (minimum 2 years) in a commercial field.

Experience
