As an In-house Consultant specializing in Online Shop and CRM systems, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing both the customer shopping experience and internal operational workflows. Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the implementation of new systems and process improvements, coordinating change requests across various departments, and acting as a central point of contact for IT-related ticket management. Required Skills

Experience
- Professional experience in an IT-related field or equivalent vocational training
- Experience in project implementation and process change management
- Experience in coordinating with technical departments and external service providers
- Retail industry experience, particularly with Online Shop and CRM platforms is preferred
