As the Technical Center Laboratory Manager, you will lead and organize the operations of the technical center, ensuring high standards of workplace safety, quality, and operational efficiency. You will manage the development laboratory team, overseeing personnel development and organizational planning while maintaining operator responsibility for technical facilities. A key part of your role involves developing and implementing innovative engineering solutions across automation, film, adhesive, and component technologies. You will collaborate closely with international, cross-functional teams to drive process and product advancements.
