Job Summary
The Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Heilbronn is seeking a part-time Process and Workflow Management Specialist to join their Methods and Processes team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing, optimizing, and modeling existing processes and workflows using tools like SAP Signavio BPMN 2.0. A key part of your day-to-day will involve designing and delivering training sessions on process management methodologies and workflow design. You will also take ownership of implementing process and project components, preparing and moderating workshops, and collaborating with stakeholders across different locations. This position is ideal for a proactive, solution-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills, who thrives in a dynamic academic environment and is passionate about driving digitalization and process improvement.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Master, Diploma, or B.Sc.) in Business Informatics, Business Administration with a focus on Computer Science, or similar fields; or equivalent knowledge acquired through relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Practical experience in applying modeling software, preferably SAP Signavio, for business process analysis, modeling, and optimization
- Experience in training and enabling employees on process management methods and workflow design
- Strong project management knowledge
- Initial experience in applying agile methods and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
