As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational continuity, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure within production, laboratory, and data center environments. You will serve as a key member of the onsite support team in Norderstedt, collaborating closely with network and server specialists to maintain high availability in a strictly regulated setting. Your daily tasks include performing advanced troubleshooting on audiovisual technologies, managing IT asset lifecycles, executing hardware maintenance such as rack-and-stack operations, and ensuring compliance with GMP/GxP standards. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in physical IT infrastructure support and thrives in complex, regulated industrial environments. You will act as the primary point of contact for onsite technical operations, requiring a proactive approach to root-cause analysis and seamless coordination with external vendors and internal stakeholder teams.
