Job Summary
As a PLC Programmer, you will play a pivotal role in the automation of custom machinery and industrial plants. Your day-to-day responsibilities include project planning, PLC programming for both new installations and system retrofits, and the design and implementation of HMI visualizations. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting existing systems and conducting global commissioning of machinery. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or Mechatronics, or a completed advanced technical training (Techniker) with a focus on these areas.
Experience
- 3 years of professional experience in automation within plant engineering
- Professional experience in project planning and PLC programming
- Experience in system retrofitting and modernization of legacy equipment
- Experience in global commissioning of industrial systems
Languages
Additional
- Worldwide travel readiness of up to 30%. Valid work permit for Germany required.
