Job Summary
As a Product Manager for AI & Transformation at DEMECAN, you will play a pivotal role in building a new AI organizational unit from the ground up. You will take end-to-end ownership of digital products, identifying and prioritizing AI/ML use cases that drive real business impact across operations, production, and logistics. Your day-to-day will involve working within agile teams, translating complex stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements, and managing change across multiple sites in Berlin and Ebersbach. This position is unique as it places you at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and the highly regulated medical cannabis industry. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in product management or a comparable role with clear outcome ownership
- Proven experience in the rollout of digital solutions within operations, production, or logistics environments
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Experience in multi-site organizations with varying site cultures is highly desirable
- Experience in regulated industries such as Pharma, MedTech, or Healthcare is highly desirable
