Job Summary

As a Technical Customer Support Agent at Advancis, you will act as the primary technical point of contact for international partners using the WinGuard PSIM platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving complex technical issues, managing and prioritizing support tickets, and performing remote troubleshooting of system, network, and integration problems. You will work closely with internal teams and external integrators to document solutions and best practices. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in IT, including proficiency in Microsoft systems, networking, and databases. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Knowledge of protocols, scripting, certificates, virtualization, and IT security mechanisms
