Job Summary
As a Regional Manager for Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, you will act as a strategic partner and operational guide for dental practices within the Team Dental network. Your day-to-day work involves visiting partner practices to analyze and optimize workflows, including billing processes, staff scheduling, and patient flow. You will serve as the primary point of contact for practice management, providing actionable insights based on KPIs and reporting directly to the Head of Operations. This role is ideal for an experienced dental practice professional who enjoys hands-on operational improvement and coaching. You will balance time between a central Munich office, your home office, and on-site practice visits. The position is unique because it moves beyond traditional control functions, focusing instead on being a supportive 'sparring partner' to improve efficiency and team satisfaction across multiple locations.

Experience
- Several years of professional experience as a Practice Manager, ZMV (Dental Billing Specialist), or in a comparable leadership role within a dental practice or MVZ (Medical Care Center).
- Proven experience in personnel management, including staff scheduling and conflict resolution.
- Experience in dental billing (BEMA, GOZ) and practice administration.
- Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dampsoft, Charly, or Z1) is highly preferred.

- Valid driver's license (Class B) is required. High willingness to travel within Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg for daily assignments and occasional overnight stays. Must be authorized to work in Germany.
