Job Summary

As an Energy System Integration Engineer at TESVOLT, you will play a pivotal role in the energy transition by integrating control and regulation technology into high-performance battery storage systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include configuring EZA controllers according to VDE-AR-N 4110 standards, ensuring seamless communication between system components via protocols like Modbus, and conducting system tests in both lab and field environments. You will also manage technical documentation, troubleshoot complex systems, and collaborate cross-functionally with product management and service teams to resolve technical challenges. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in electrical or automation engineering and a deep understanding of grid operator requirements for PV and storage projects. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Automation Technology, or a sound vocational training with demonstrable practical experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering, energy technology, or automation technology.
  • Experience working with grid operators in the context of photovoltaic or energy storage projects.
  • Experience with project-specific integration and configuration of EZA controllers (VDE-AR-N 4110).
  • Practical experience in industrial automation and electrical planning is considered an advantage.
  • Experience with medium voltage systems and digital switchgear is considered an advantage.
