Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist at Hertener Stadtwerke, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues within the organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the IT hotline, resolving service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, and providing first-level support to internal users. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows-based client systems and various peripheral hardware such as printers and mobile devices. Additionally, you will handle user and access rights management using Active Directory and maintain thorough documentation of IT processes and resolutions. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in an IT environment, preferably in a support role
  • Practical experience with Windows operating systems and standard software environments
  • Fundamental experience with network infrastructure and IT security protocols
