Job Summary

As an Embedded Software Developer at HENSOLDT in Taufkirchen, you will play a critical role in the IFF/COMMS Product Development department. Your daily responsibilities include developing real-time, multi-tasking Linux applications using C, maintaining Linux-based infrastructure, and managing the full software development lifecycle. This involves creating software requirements, designing artifacts and models using UML, and executing CI/CD pipelines and unit testing. You will work on sophisticated technology, including secondary radar, transponders, and display software for military and civilian air, ground, and sea-based surveillance systems. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or a related field and brings professional experience in application development, specifically with C programming and Linux environments. You will also have exposure to network or bus protocols.
