Job Summary

As an SAP HCM Payroll Developer at BurdaSolutions, you will play a central role in maintaining, optimizing, and developing payroll solutions, primarily within the SAP HCM on-premise environment. Your daily responsibilities include managing payroll schemes and rules, implementing legal and tariff-related changes, and ensuring the stability of monthly and annual payroll runs. You will act as a key technical partner to HR-Payroll specialists, providing 3rd-level support, performing code reviews, and driving performance optimizations. A significant part of your role involves preparing for future technological transitions, such as the roadmap to H4S4/S/4Hana HCM.
