Job Summary

As a Digitalization Officer for the General Administration department, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing public services. Your day-to-day responsibilities include mapping current process flows, designing efficient internal and external workflows, and driving the implementation of automated systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the user-friendly design of administrative services while overseeing compliance with the Bavarian E-Government Act and the Online Access Act. Required Skills

Education
