Job Summary

As an Energy Industry Administrative Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing market communications and operational data for an energy service provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve tactical monitoring of market roles, analyzing and correcting errors, and performing format changes in accordance with BDEW standards. You will also conduct research on vacant facilities, manage anonymous registrations for basic and substitute supply, identify property owners, and ensure the accuracy of supply-related data. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in commercial administration and a solid understanding of the energy sector's market communication processes. The role offers a unique opportunity to work in a stable, permanent position with flexible working hours (30–38 hours per week), providing a balance between professional responsibility and personal well-being in a dynamic energy environment.

Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Office Clerk, Industrial Clerk, or equivalent qualification).

Experience

  • Professional experience in commercial administration or a related office-based role
  • Experience with supplier switching processes in SAP IS-U
  • Practical knowledge of market communication processes within the energy sector

German (Fluent)
