As an IT Systems Administrator at Kamps, you will play a vital role in maintaining the technical infrastructure that supports one of Germany's leading bakery chains. Based at the headquarters in Schwalmtal, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve the administration of Windows client systems, ensuring seamless performance and high availability. You will provide comprehensive support across first, second, and third-level tiers, managing tickets, resolving technical issues, and overseeing user accounts and security policies. Beyond daily maintenance, you will actively contribute to IT projects, system rollouts, and migrations. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in the administration of IT systems, specifically regarding servers and clients.
- Demonstrated experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments.
- Practical experience in utilizing ticket systems for incident management and documentation.
- Proven ability to work in a service-oriented environment with strong communication skills.
